Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. Truesmokes requires a minimum order of $79 CAD before checkout.
How do I place an order?
Simply add your products to cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment instructions provided after placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once tracking information has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer payments.
How long does payment processing take?
Most payments are processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours.
Why does the payment recipient name appear different?
For banking and payment processing purposes, the recipient name may appear different from the website brand name.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Is there an age requirement to order?
Yes. You must be 19 years or older (or the legal age in your province) to purchase from Truesmokes.
Do you verify age?
